- Purchase order & Payments in the name of "Inventeam Solutions Pvt. Ltd."
- The project will commence after the release of PO with payment.

Inventeam Solutions Pvt. Ltd., henceforth referred as ISPL is not responsible for others copyrighted content on the client's website.

To complete the project in stipulated time; the client should provide all the content before commencement of the project & provide approvals on time.

ISPL will charge for any content preparation (Language/Grammar Enhancing, Image, Scanning etc.) as per the market rates.

If the project is to be transferred to a new web space; the charges for the same will be Rs.5,000/- towards setup & re-configuration.

If payments are delayed, ISPL reserves the right to discontinue services and will resume the same after levying 20% of the total project amount as penalty.

Paying ISPL for this project or signing this proposal, states that all the terms mentioned in this proposal are accepted by the client.
- There will be no refunds once a project has been booked and funds accepted.
- Any changes to the structure or appearance of the template will be treated as customization & we shall be constrained to charge for the same.
- The charges do not include any cost of hardware, operating system, source code, third party DLLs or database etc.
- ISPL is not responsible for hacking, virus, worm or malware attacks.

Please add 18% towards GST & all other government levies will be on the clients account at the time of billing / payment.

Domain & hosting account renewals will have to be intimated to ISPL on support@inventeam.in 30 days in advance of expiry date.

Maximum time period for completion of development would be three months from date of receipt of payment. ISPL will not be held responsible for websites that cross deadlines if content is not submitted 15 days prior to the end of this period. In such cases it is the decision of ISPL to develop or decline development without repayment of funds already accepted.
- Web hosting if provided by us will be on shared servers.
- Quotation Validity is 10 working days from the date of proposal.
- In the fair usage policy (FUP), 3 updates shall be applicable in the maintenance period of 1 year. Updates beyond the fair usage policy shall be charged on case to case basis.
- Every update request means; change of one image / one paragraph of text / one video (with same size & layout) shall be accounted as 1 update and clients requesting for multiple updates in a single email should note that every separate update is accounted as a different update and credit / charges shall be deducted / charged for every completed update.
- Renewal of the maintenance contract is the responsibility of the member however the same is at the sole discretion of the ISPL.
- Damage claim if any shall not exceed the total amount paid (excluding taxes) by the client towards the services.
- Any disputes, differences or questions, which may arise at any time hereafter between ISPL and the Client touching the true construction of these terms and conditions or the agreement or the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the person appointed by the ISPL in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The venue of such Arbitration shall be at Mumbai and only the Courts at Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction to deal with the arbitration proceedings and the awards in accordance with law.
- The company is free to add change rectify the mentioned terms and conditions from time to time and the customer / client agrees to be bound by them, the customer / client also agrees to periodically and regularly check the amended terms and conditions and also agrees to accept responsibility of the terms and conditions before availing any service of the company.
All these are applicable, unless stated otherwise in the quotation
